  • In some cases, certain services are not possible to change or cancel even if it is informed before the mentioned time in cancellation criteria. If it happen no refund will be provided, however if there is any alternate options, it could be arranged with extra tariff.
  • SCT reserves the right to charge 100% of the fee if guests are not turning up on the time for pickup.
  • On partly utilized services No refund will be available.
  • If the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen problems i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown, delay by any group member or weather circumstances), SCT will try its best to provide alternate options.
  • Pick & Drop timings can be modified as per the scheduled time.
  • No alternate will be available if guest will not arrive on time and the vehicle left the place waiting for the guest.
